Park La Posada interactive map. To take a closer look at any area just click on any red number showing in the park plan.
Each location shows a panoramic video of the area. This is as close as you can get to a virtual tour of the park.
We are able to offer live virtual viewings inside the homes that are for sale in the park.
Viewing point 1
The entrance to the park showing the reception. The park is a gated community and residents use their remote control to access the park.

This area is behind the pool and community centre. It serves as a visitor car park as well as a fire drill meeting point.

This shows the area behind the reception that includes the bowls green. The residents have formed their own bowls club and are in the league.

Here you can see the quality of the bowls green. This is not just for serious bowlers, all residents are invited to try their hand if they wish.

Here you can see the top of the pool looking down. This includes the area where residents enjoy sitting outside overlooking the pool.

From this viewing point, you can see sunshade areas that come into full use in the summer. The pool area was expanded recently.

18 homes overlook the central area of the park. They enjoy views front and back. The reception and pool are very close.

Exiting the community centre you can see the three roads that became phase one which is the main area of the park.

This is the viewing point that joins phase one with phase two. In 2008 this became the first residential home only phase.

In the middle of phase 2, you will see that most of the homes are UK manufactured models. All used as residential homes.

Here is where phase 2 joins with phase 3 the final phase. The top of the street leads to the olive groves maintained by the park.

Phase 3 is a bit special, nearly all homes are custom-built park homes. There is one plot left for a new custom-built home.
