Hi, let me outline the process for buying a custom-built park home at La Possada Park.
First, you have to wait until an existing plot becomes available again after an older home is sold off the park. When that happens, you must first reserve the plot for 28 days for 230 Euros.
Once reserved, we put you in touch with the factory in Alicante. Everything begins with an email. The home’s size, floor plan and style are finalised before a factory visit.
With the basic facts established, you visit the factory to see it built firsthand. At that point, you are presented with a price and decide whether to proceed.
