By reserving the plot you get the chance to design your own park home at the factory in Alicante. Prices start from £65,000. The park home design can be 10m x 4m, 11m x 4m, 12m x 4m and 13m x 4m with an option of a POD if required.

To place a no-obligation 28-day 1st refusal on the plot costs £200 or 230€, which covers the initial reservation fee. A payment link is sent on request. After 28 days a 925€ plot deposit is required, which is refunded if you decide to sell the home in the future.
