Home description:
How about this for an idea: park homes designed for single people? The community is, after all, not all about couples, but homes and plot sizes tend to be.
The idea came from our customer service agent, Costa Difference, and we agreed that having homes specifically for single people would benefit the community.
To make the idea work, they needed to design a home that would fit nicely on a 15m x 7m plot with a monthly rent of 217€. Plots 157,158,159, and 160 will be ready for a new Lomas Park home in the first half of 2025. To see the location of the four plots, check out viewing point 19 on the interactive map.
The good news is they came up with a design, The Lomas CPH. First, it will require three concrete bases:
The first base will be 8m x 4m for the main unit, which will consist of a lounge (15.55 m2), bedroom (9.20 m2), bathroom (2.83 m2), and kitchen (6.89 m2).
Next, we install a 3m x 3m base for the POD (which serves any purpose as it will have a window and French Doors) or Gazebo (9.00 m2) and lastly, a separate base, 2m x 3m for the Malmo shed (6.00 m2) which costs 750€ constructed.
The 3m x 3m base can have either a Gazebo structure matching the home, costing €3,388, or a purpose-built park home POD, which is a complete room built to park home standards with a window to the side and French doors to the front for €7139.
The park home/single-person concept is known as the Lomas CPH, with the CPH standing for Combined Park Home. Enjoy the video with the sound on to hear the narration. Alhambra Homes will supply the Lomas model.
The Lomas Park Home plus a gazebo and shed come to 60.928 EUR converts to 51,431 GBP * plus transport.

Once a plot is reserved through Costa Difference you go to the factory in Alicante to choose colours and materials for the furniture. There are two extra facia/window options if you want your home to be different outside.
The home has a master bedroom, a lounge diner, a seperate kitchen as well as family bathroom.
The 3m x 3m base can have a gazebo or park home POD installed.
